The title "Adventures in Yogurt" is purposefully ironic. Nothing about this is exciting. I'm ok with it.
I love yogurt and eat it for breakfast almost every day. Sometimes with chia seeds, sometimes with pomegranate seeds, sometimes all by itself.
Up until now, I bought the same five flavors of the same brand of yogurt week after week. I'm not sure when I started to get bored, but I think I can pin it to a recent supermarket trip I took before my morning coffee. I stood bewildered in front of the yogurt case, in awe of the massive selection. With so many choices, why was I limiting myself?
It was then that I broke out of my decaffeinated fog, and decided to try and review every single yogurt I could get my hands on. The goal is to open my eyes and belly to new and delicious things.
If you have a favorite yogurt that I absolutely must try, tell me in the comments! If you work for a yogurt company and want me to try your product, let me know! Consider me your guinea pig.
